? I lost my password, how can I find out what it is?
Solution: The fastest and easiest method is for you to use the Forgot password? link on the login page at www.semiviews.org. This will send your password directly to you via email.
? I have either self-registered or our Administrator created my account, but I have not received the invitation email. How can I have the system send out another copy?
Solution: Ask your company's SEMIViews Administrator to select the Re-invite option on your user profile. This will send the user a notification email with your information.
? What internet browsers are supported?
Solution: Internet Explorer 7 and above, Firefox 3.0 and above.
? Can I share my SEMIViews account?
Solution: No, SEMIViews subscriptions are restricted to assigned, authorized users. Each user will have a personal username and password, which cannot be shared. Licenses are valid for one year. At the end of the one year period, they will be automatically renewed once payment is received.
? How do I purchase SEMIViews?
Solution: Individual seats can be purchased on-line with a credit card at http://www.semi.org/en/Store/Standards/CTR_028404. To order more than one seat, please contact the SEMI Customer Service department at +1 408.943.6901 or email your request to sales@semiviews.org.
? Can I preview SEMIViews before I purchase?
Solution: You may create an evaluation account at www.semiviews.org. For further information on SEMIViews visit http://semi.stgnet.net/user/register.
? Can I review the license agreement before I purchase an account or sign up for an evaluation?
Solution: Yes, you may review the full license agreement here.
? Sometimes when registering or logging in, I get a blank page or a page update did not happen. How do I fix this?
Solution: If this happens, then you need to clear your web cache. You may clear the cache in the supported browsers as follows at your web browser menu (not SEMIViews):
? How do I receive email notifications for new/updated standards or for SEMIViews releases?
Solution: When logged into SEMIViews, you may change your notification settings by clicking on the Settings tab (in left navigator), then the User Preferences module. When on the User Preferences panel, you may select or deselect any of the "Receive Notification" options.
